Raw ones are best. Local fish stores usually have them cheap. Ghostwood, oak, crepe myrtle, and roughly hand-sanded bamboo branches are also great, as well!

You want them to go horizontally.
Someone said you can cut them to size and push a thumb tack through the screen and into the end of the branches. Also, fishing line can work well.

How old will the chameleon be once you get it? If young, you’ll want to raise the UVB light 4” above the top of the cage (along with the heat bulb and plant bulb, if it gets hot) with the branches 5” below the top of the cage, that way it can’t get overexposed to UVB

Yes, but fine to buy. Definitely elevate the lights and raise the branches, as it’ll go through a screen-climbing phase

Those are painted & sealed. I think AmandaS meant natural, which should be less expensive anyway.
