There's a rubber plant in the cage?? Does it have any bite marks on the leaves? The SAP is irritating to the eyes.
Also...you're using a reptiglo coil type light...have you tried turning it off for a few days? Give him some sunlight instead.
What specific supplements do you use and how often for each? Have you always dusted the way youndomnow or didmyou do it differently sometimes? This needs to be specific. (For example..."I use Rep-cal phosphorous-free calcium powder at almost every feeding." )

Do you also have another chameleon? How is it doing?

have you tried turning it off for a few days? = month a time?I didn't do it often. i'll try give him sunlight examine oneself

dust calcuim = more than three times a week
cal+d3 , exoterra multi vitamin(changed reptivite after he closed eyes) = Once in two weeks [this schedule is before closed eyes]

Do you also have another chameleon? How is it doing? - lot out two months ago

There are lots of possibilities for his tongue and eye problems. He really should see a vet. All we can do is try to eliminate some things.

Inability to use the tongue can be because of an injury or an infection or an imbalance in nutrients (calcium, D3, vitamin A and phosphorous, etc usually) or even other reasons.

Eye issues can be due to a blocked tear duct, something stuck in the eye, infection, kidney failure, and other things too.
Some lights bother their eyes too. That's why I asked if you had tried leaving the UVB light off for a few days or a week. If he started to open his eyes more when the light was off, then you would know the light was the problem.

You said - "lot out two months ago"...I don't understand.please tell me again. Thanks.

lot out two months ago = sell a cham for sale two months ago. he was good and grow in the same environment.
I'll refer to your words and visit vet too.

For now if your weather permits it, I know weather everywhere has been funky, try and stop using artificial uvb and try to use only natural uvb, get him out at least a cumulative 3 hours a week. I am sorry your boy is going through this. From the look in the picture it looks like he has an infection in his eye going on but, but I am not sure. The natural uvb may help as artificial can be harsh on their eyes especially when they are already irritated from an infection

It's a different story than the above question.
why he has brown color?? how can he has this color?

It's not a trace of burns. But you said his eye have been bothering him? That would make him show uncomfortable colors like brown. The colors in the below picture are actually more normal colors.
