Is my veild chameleon getting ready to lay ?

Here is an update she is all over the cage this morning and she has been really green most of the day juts finished misting her cage I made sure she was at the top and she came out a bit and was chilling there.
The laying bin is 14 inches length and like around 10 inches width with and 6inches deep with soil/sand is that ok for my veild chameleon laying bin it’s a small trash can.
