is my chameleon almost ready to give birth?

this morning my mom fed my chameleon just as she does everyday and usually she will run on up and eat but today was different. she hasnt eaten (food is still currently in her enclosure) even when re-directed and shown the food. could this be a sign of her ready to give birth?

Yes, not eating, or eating less can be a sign that she may be close to laying her eggs. Hoping you have a proper lay bin of moistened play sand. I suggest pinning up something to cover the bottom half of her enclosure from now. Make sure to provide her with absolute privacy once she starts digging so that she feels safe enough. If she sees anyone while in the process, she may stop.
