If anyone is using the Intermatic DT-27 or DT27CL Digital Timer, check the date code sticker on the back. If it's "04B", then follow the info in the link above to get a free replacement from Intermatic.
No injuries have been reported and this is a voluntary recall of a batch that may have been miswired at the factory.
So far, none of them that I've sold have been affected, but if you bought one at Home Depot or Lowe's, be sure to check it and get it replaced if you have one.
