Hydrometers and thermometers

Can someone please link some websites or an Amazon link, to what hydrometer and thermometer I should buy. Or let me know what kind you guys use. I have a thermometer now and a hydrometer but neither have probes.but I know they aren’t the best and I want to get new ones. Any help is appreciated! And happy early thanksgiving

2 for $20. They seem to match my several thousand dollar calibrated one at work. You dont have to use the bluetooth or app. There are a also some variants that use e-ink displays that have very high readability.

I've been satisfied with this type—the probe cables are usually pretty long.
Sometimes they come in multi-paks (2-10).
