Help I dont know what to do

Ok I found a chamelion in the trash in the dumpster in a black bag it was full of blood
Ther is a dime sided open wound in bewteen the tail and the lower back I can see
Its bones there is no more blood comming out of the wound I dont know exactly how
Long it was there its verry thin and it just started eating 3crickets and 2small mealworms
Its in a glass tank for now and I dont know what to do and the left leg wont move
Is it going to paralized it can move the other one and

Poor chameleon. I think it needs to go to a vet asap. It will need to be put on antibiotics to make sure that it doesn't get an infection...if it hasn't already got one. The wound will need to be closed too...and the leg looked at.

In the meantime, it needs UVB light, basking temperature in the mid 80's, misting and insects that have been dusted with a phos.-free calcium powder and gutloaded.

Help!!!

I don't know how to post something new and how to ask for help on the sight yet i cant figure out how to post something but i was wondering is it okay if i leav my baby cham next to my baby chinese water dragons the cham is like 5incs long with his tail like as big as a thumb and the water dragons are like the same size maybe a bit biger but with there tails they are like 8incs long? so is it cool if i keep them next to each other they just look at eachother and run into the glass either wanting to get into eachothers cage or wanting to get really close together???

to post pictures, hit post reply and the scroll down and click on manage attachments. There you can browse your computer for pictures and download them. So I am curious, how did you know this chameleon was in the black bag in the trash? Do you know who might have put it there? Do you know about all the lighting it needs or anything about general care?
