Hatchling sex and color

So does my new hatchling look male or female. Also does anyone know if the white color is normal? Will it have white color when it gets bigger? He's 4 days old eating and doing great!

I would have to lean towards male however it will become more obvious as he grows up. As for the color it will change as he gets older. He won't be white for long
