Has anyone gone to Hamm

I want to go to the Hamm show in Germany in the fall. I need to know what permit will I need to import chams from the show? If I get an importer permit from USFWS is that all I need? I cant really see how I can get Cites license since I wont know what Im bringing back til I get there and make my purchases? Has anyone ever gone and brought anything back to give me an idea on what I need to get everything back in the US.
