gut load question

Have a look at this: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...-nuts-seeds-healthy-part-perfect-gutload.html

Yes, almonds are fine, providig magnesium, manganese, vitamin E, zinc, potassium, selenium, phytochemicals, good mono-fats
I like sesame seeds as they are high in calcium and also provide Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper, Manganese and B Vitamins. Although higher in phosphorous than calcium, I also offer Sunflower seeds (excellent source of Vitamin E) and Walnuts (Omega-3 and a number of essential vitamins and minerals, including the B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, maganese, iron and zinc) and almonds in moderation. The occasional brazil nut is useful due to the very high selenium content.
Which seeds/nuts you choose will depend on what nutrients you are most trying to provide.
