good gutload?

can someone give me a good recipe for a gutload for crickets, i just bought 1000 3 wks old and i wanna use it as their bedding

I put a half inch layer of dry mix/ gutload down in my cricket bins, while away on vacation. Cause I knew it would workout better for the babysitters. It worked out pretty good. They just had to add the veggies for the two weeks I was gone.

okay so what would be a good dry mix then... i have no exp with gutloading i usually just use stuff from a pet store but i was told what i was using wasnt good, any suggestions using stuff i could get from like a local supermarket?

Check out the first link Sandra gave you. That's what I used as a guide when developing my gutload.

The James/Wells/Lopéz gutload in the adcham-link is a great one. I honestly saw a huge effect on my chameleons.

I did not follow the recipe exactly, monkey chow is not something we have in Sweden for example. But as a base and making your own modifications it is great.
