Foot shaking?

My veiled chameleon is 5 months old Female, her cook seems to be twitching and her tongue is a bit off, is this anything to be worried about?

Plenty of cover and foliage
100 w power sun (UV and heat all in one)
Fed as much as she eats every day
(Every feeding dusted with calcium with D3)
misted 2 times a day (morning and middle of day) also has a dripper

You should dust with calcium without d3 for most feedings.

Two things I recommend you change

1. 90.4F is too hot for a female veiled. Change it to ~85F
2. Crickets themselves are very nutritionally poor and therefore it's important that you do gut load them. You want to fill them with as many nutrients as possible so that your chameleon gains them when she eats her food.
