I just went out...t shirt and flip flops. Everyone else is all bundled up in heavy coats. Lol. Is a brisk 46*. I like it! No matter how long I live in Florida, I’ll never stop being a New Englander.
I’ve been outside looking for fallen iguanas. None around my house, maybe since we are close to the ocean. On his way to work this morning my husband picked up four out of the road and put them over in the sun to warm up. When he got to work he picked up about 20 off the property and put them in the sun to warm up.
My friends yard this morning. They are not dead and should be fine when they warm up.
This little guy is looking much better after two hours in the sun.
Its all of about 29-30*F here in NJ. No falling iguanas to worry about though. Just gotta watch for the dreaded black ice that likes to try an kill me every winter.
