Dry Gutload Recipe

I noticed you lightly steam your sweet potatos/yams. I started doing that also about 6-7 months ago when I noticed they werent getting eatten as much as the other items being offered. Ive noticed since lightly steaming them for a cpl of mins in the micro that the cricks and dubias eat the yams now.

Your experience reflects mine. Consumption here too has improved by making it just a bit softer for the bugs to chew on :)

Me three! I've also blended them in a blender with a fruit to make mush and they eat it that way as well. The dubias seem to like it more than crickets. I don't even want to get into the nasty-ness that happens when you give mush to supers. :)
