Just found a rather comprehensive list of fruits and veggies and their nutritional specs. I’ll post the link below, but having gone through the list, I’ve compiled a short list of seemingly awesome gutload ingredients, many of which I haven’t ever heard of using. Experts, please weigh in here!:
Arugula
Alfalfa plant not sprout
Basil
Banana
Prickly pear
Cheerios
Collards
Dandelion
Endive
Escarole
Figs
Grape leaves
Grapefruit
Hibiscus flower and leaves
Mustard greens
Okra
Canned olives
Oranges
Papaya
Peppermint leaves
Rosemary
Kelp
Butternut squash
Spaghetti squash
Turnip greens
Sweet potatoes
Yams

Scroll down the page to find the full list, and keep in mind that the specs are for feeding bearded dragons directly, not as a gutload. However, the ca ratios and oxalate/goitrogen warnings seem on point.
