New gutload ideas

Just found a rather comprehensive list of fruits and veggies and their nutritional specs. I’ll post the link below, but having gone through the list, I’ve compiled a short list of seemingly awesome gutload ingredients, many of which I haven’t ever heard of using. Experts, please weigh in here!:

Alfalfa plant not sprout

Prickly pear

Scroll down the page to find the full list, and keep in mind that the specs are for feeding bearded dragons directly, not as a gutload. However, the ca:p ratios and oxalate/goitrogen warnings seem on point.
 
Damn you autocorrect!!!! The last sentence should read ‘...the calcium/phosphorus ratios and oxalate/goitrogen warnings...’
 
Yeah, I use many of them too, but I was surprised at a few. For instance canned olives have a 14/1 ca/p ratio!!! Some of the ones that surprised me were prickly pear, alfalfa plant, argugala, grape leaves, okra, peppermint leaves and rosemary.
