Cham possibly constipated??

This may be too soon to start worrying but it may have been a couple days since ges pooped. I noticed near his vent was a little crusty. Brushed it off. But now im concerned and wondering if there could be something wrong. Aside from not finding very much poop in the cage hes is completely normal. No eating/drinking/ sleeping/ect issues

could it have been a dried sperm plug? They can look a little crusty at times!

Hes is about 4.5 mons old. Would that be too young for that to be happening? It was paper thin and small. Didnt look like shed though.
