Can Panther Cham cope with lights flicking On&OFF All day long?

I know that stress is a silent killer and my cham hasn't been happy the last few days as we are having MAJOR lighting issues at the moment. Whilst we are trying our hardest to get this sorted asap, should i look at putting him into care at the local reptile store? I don't know what would be better (or worse) for him... a few days at the store or a few more days of no consistant light

believe me, we are trying everything and it seems like a long period of trial and error... we are on page 3 already. if anyone know about electrical/and houses please would really appreciate if someone could chime in :) Thanks guys in advance. Im worrying myself silly about my little one being super stressed out. and he is doing so well at the moment! https://www.chameleonforums.com/lighting-problems-need-help-asap-101237/#post931837

It may stress them out if it continues for many days but they must be exposed to similar conditions during big storms in the wild.

Its just the tube that's a problem, right? not your basking bulb?
A week without a UVB tube wont kill your chameleon, while you sort out getting a fixture/UVB tube that works

I only have a
D3 ARCADIA BASKING LAMP which is UVA UVB IR

which is screwed into a
Arcadia Ceramic Reflector Clamp Lamp (large one)

No tube light
