How long should I wait to move Penelope to her big girl cage? (18X18X36 all screen) She is in a 12X12X18 Exo Terra Glass Terrarium and she gets lost in it. I have a super hard time finding her. lol I am unsure of her age and I posted pictured and asked if anyone had an idea of her age. Both responses said aprox 3 months. Then I saw other pictures of 3-4 month veiled chameleons and she is so much smaller.
another question. Do I have to have a special drill bit to drill small holes in the bottom of the glass terrarium? No matter how little I spray there is always standing water. She runs and hides from the mister so I just mist all of the leaves and I know she is drinking because her poop/uraits are brown and bright white. I would like to set up a drip system for her until she get use to the mister.
Any ideas and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
