Not completely but he was soooo skinny. We have has him about a month and has been getting the proper supplements and lighting and humidity levels and food. So not sure if this is a skill or defect.
So very happy our new guy is getting his first shed. He seems to want to hang around the lighting like this his temps are good in the whole enclosure so not sure why he insists on hanging around here. BTW I'm well aware he's in a glass enclosure. We keep new or smaller ones there until at least...

Do you think my lack to find care is due to my lack of research( I did ask for no negative comments, so if you couldn't provide positive feedback you should of kindly moved onto to a post you could offer positive feedback on. I'm sorry but that's about the nicest thing I...
So we have 2 veiled chameleons, who are both under a year old. I think around 8 months ish. They eat mealworms and crickets. They have a automated misting system, along with automatic lighting and one has a cup feeder but she knows how to hunt and such as we just started cup feeding. Anyways we...
So we have a female chameleon that is about 5 months old and I'm guessing that so give more take. We don't know if she's fat or has eggs.!shes been going to the bottom a lot. We have 3 inches of substrate (coconut husk) I know that's not enough for eggs so I was wondering if yall can tell me if...
Well I added nesting material to see if maybe she is digging but nope....she went to the bottom to get a worm that fell! She is about 5 months old. She has put on weight since we got her, we feed her daily usually cup feed her 3 times a day and sometimes she will eat 4 medium crickets at once...
We got our chameleon about 2 months ago and we have fed primarly crickets but introduced meal worms about 2 weeks ago. We fed horn worms once, as a special treat when we seen them at repticon. She was super skinny when we got her, so I don't know if this is normal weight or if we are over...
So I was discussing new terrariums with my husband earlier and e reminded me we have a armoire just sitting in the guest room. So his wheels started turning. Looking for ideas as far as drain systems and all. It's 42 inches wide by 74 inches tall. I've included pics if I can get some ideas
I have also been lucky and our June hand feeds, and loves to be handled. I know there are different temperaments, and I'm sure there are certain chameleons that are very demanding. I've been lucky, and hope to remain just as lucky lol.
So I will confess I have been the person to think reptile folks are weird. My husband always wanted a chameleon but was talked into a blue iguana while browsing at petco one day. He just got home from a year long deployment so I agreed he could get it. I didn't bother to research it, and didn't...
I know there is a master list of safe plants, but silly me threw out the information stake. I was just curious as I already own these and know they haven't been chemically treated and etc. I'm replacing my June's fake plants with real and was trying to see if I could put either of these to...
Hello everyone. I am new to the whole chameleon world. I did tons and tons of research before we purchased June. She's a veilded, we will be looking for her a mate shortly(that will of course make up Johnny and June). We went with a glass exo to start with, we found it hard to get the right...
