My girlfriends cham always gets a happy bright color and seems to come closer to her when she plays the guitar? So just finding this out really confuses me! hahah

    eating behavior

A lot of the things I've read on these forums say UVB light can affect your chameleons appetite! So it could be that simple, but I would do everything more experienced people say. They know what they are talking about!

Need help with maintaining humidity in bigger cage

From what people have been telling me on here you can put up shower curtains on a couple sides and it will help a lot! Also live plants help!

She won't eat out of our feeding tongs anymore.

Thanks! hahah as long as she continues to eat I guess I'll just have to clean very slowly and quietly as not to disturb her =p

    Tap water??

Checking your local water can help answer that, also you can get nice water conditioner from a pet store to help keep the water nice for the cham! I condition the water my cham gets misted with.

She won't eat out of our feeding tongs anymore.

Well I don't need her to but I was hoping she would so she can get used to me more. I try to clean around her but she gets her stress colors if I get close while I'm cleaning. When we can get her out she is fine roaming around for a little, she seemed to be at least. I just want it to be...

She won't eat out of our feeding tongs anymore.

My veiled doesn't seem to like to eat from tweasers or tongs anymore. She will eat if we have a few crickets or supers roaming in her cage but I was hoping I could hand feed her so she wouldn't hiss at me anymore. She used to eat right from the tweasers, she also hates being moved from her...

    New Chameleon owner

I'm pretty new myself! Just about everyone on here will recommend you with a screen enclosure! It's good for ventilation. I don't know much about sexing chams so the more experienced will have to help with that! Good luck with your cham! Post lots of pictures too! :D

    4.5 months old

Very nice colors! From what I see he seems healthy! I'm pretty new though and could be wrong, I don't see any bumps on him at all which is good. How tall is your flexarium? The taller the better is what I've been hearing! The more experienced people on here would know best though!:)

Ok so I'm not happy with the flexarium im gona make my own enclosure tips please

Hey! I actually justa built my own cage from cedar 2x2's made it a 2'x2'x4' with a black metal screen mesh material and it doesn't rust! You can staple the mesh on then cut it off with a box cutter. And then if you have the tools make yourself some to cover that. Depending on what you have at...

    Pascella's new enclosure!

We just moved her into a 2'x2'x4' screen enclosure with a large ficus branch and a few fake plants in it! I think she will be very content with this seeing as she isn't even fully grown! I'll be posting pictures as soon as my phone will send them to my email. When they are up if you...
