ambilobes usually show color faster than other panthers but some can take what it seems like forever to really start showing color. with the ones ive had not more than 12 months.

do you know what the UVB output on your MH is? I thought most MH didnt produce very much UVB just a lot of very bright light?

try lowes i bought some screen they had on clearance seems like HD isnt stocking the aluminum screen around here anymore. its usually hidden in the back but i got 100' x 36" for ~$30 get the aluminum stuff if you have free range bugs they will eventually make holes in the fiberglass stuff.

they are all different. some will calm down some will be pissed off forever. it is true that the aggressive ones make the best breeders, they get it done the first time ;)

all of our panthers have different personalities. they seem to usually be a lot more relaxed than other chams like the veil. some like being handled, some dont, some do well around people and others dont. usually the one being kept as pets and are adults and that get handled frequently do fine...

keep him/her in a plastic bin filled a little with warm water that it cant get out of for a about 10-15 minutes it usually does the trick.

nice the females i got from juli are at around 26g each now.

he is all bark and no bite jann. hisses like crazy when you open the cage and lunges at you but he will never bite. he really hates the camera and attacks it if its too close. he was buzzing the entire time i was taking pictures.

its vinyl mesh they sell it at home depot by the chicken wire and fencing. its about $10 for a 4' x 25' roll. it works good for vines and covering the sides or cages for larger chams so them don't pull their nails out.

they can get receptive again real quick. if you have fed them a lot after their egg laying they may double clutch and if you keep the temps up they are more likely to breed faster too. I know Kinyoga has a thread somewhere on this forum specifically about preventing vields from laying by...

depends on how big ur cham is. the normal rule is the length of the cricket shouldnt be longer than the width of the chams head.
