because the screen is flexible you would eventually run into problems of the the paint or resin coating cracking off, which would lead to other problems down the road. If you are looking for the perfect screen mesh, the isn't one. Each of the different types have an up side and down sides...

You will all probably laugh at us here. But we have a recent cold snap...upper 50's at night and lower 80s in the day. Relatively speaking we are freezing down hear ( like I said you would all laugh). Chams have been out side without any signs of problems... OPI

Nice viv. it looks like every has discussed the water issues. Have you considered lining the inside of the viv with acylic or plexi to create a waterproof barrier. you would need silicone caulk (aquarium type) to waterproof. dunno would that work for you....? OPI

I think al's got the answer for you...if your short on cash... There are many members who are very successful using this method. OPI

The majority of keeper here will recommend no anything on the floor other than maybe a paper towel. Any kind of substrate will risk impaction. hope that helps OPI
