Thanks everyone, we are hoping to breed them when they are old enough. Ziggy spotted Dusty briefly the other day but seemed absolutely petrified of her at the moment! They won't be formally meeting for quite a while yet...
Im pretty sure that is his age, give or take a week or two maybe. You can see how small he was next to the locust in this pic, he was much smaller than Dusty when we got her a week later but she looks small in comparison now. He must just be a fast grower?
This is Ziggy when we got him exactly 7 weeks ago today. He was much smaller and hardly showing any colours, he has grown pretty quickly and his colours have come out pretty well but he is def around that age.
Hi thanks, yea he def is only bout 4.5 months old, we went to get him direct from the breeder who doesn't let them go until they are about 3 months he was only nearly 3 months when we got him at the end of January. We did choose the largest one out of the babies and know a few other people who...
Here are a few pics of Ziggy and Dusty since their latest shed and their first time ever out in the sun...
Ziggy aged around 4.5 months
Dusty aged around 7.5 months

Jus wondered what remix that is of as the rush comes? was very relaxing...
Thanks everyone, I think I am sold on this video now! This is why I was asking what it was like because I feel as if I have been spoilt by David Attenborough documentaries, no other wildlife shows ever seem to compare! Mind you, as long as it is about chameleons and is informative enough then I...
Cor, that is a massive transformation in such a short amount of time! Lovely looking cham! Our one is nearly 4 months old now so not long till he's the same age as your one is in that pic, would be amazing if he had colours like yours that soon!!!
Yes, that is where I saw it in the bookstore on here. I was wondering whether it would be monotone or not but if it's still worth watching regardless then I think I will have to buy it soon (from here of course!).
Starting to get slightly obsessed with chameleons at the moment, have just...
Hi everyone, I am thinking of purchasing The Chameleons of Madagascar dvd but wanted to know whether or not it is worth getting? I have just bought the Life in Cold Blood series as I love David Attenborough documentaries, the way he speaks keeps you interested. Can't find any clip of this one...
my panther didn't eat for just over a week after laying some eggs, she had crickets, meal worms and wax worms offered but wasn't interested in any of them. She walked around still but quite often was just laying under her basking area. We did give her liquid calcium by putting it in a cup of...
WOW! You can see he's guna have some nice colours!!!! looks a lot more tame than our little bugger! We deep cleaned his cage today and he hissed up and actually bit me, didn't hurt at all was more comical than anything but still!! Think we have left him alone for too long now need to start...
