Young male with female colors

I dont see female colors. The third pic is the only one that made me look twice but i reckon he was warm. At this age you cant go solely based off of colors. Each animal is uniquely different.

Just sit back and relax he will turn out just fine ;)

ive read the thread r people color blind!??!?! those are the most OBVIOUS male colors i have ever seen i dont get why you think those look like girl colors:p

So no one thinks its weird that every female i have seen had those blue specks on his cheek and I've never seen a male with them......I have just been wondering this a while and hopefully someone will have some inside...:)

Don't worry Oliver, I still love your face :p:rolleyes:

I made a blog showing the difference between two of my panther males growing up: http://muchadoaboutchameleons.blogspot.com/2012/07/two-panthers-growing-up-photo.html
It shows my falybanja male and my ambilobe male from 3 months old to 12 months and how different they both are growing up. The ambilobe looked bland as could be for 5-6 months, stayed very small for a long time, and then turned out to be a stunner. I hope you will find it helpful - no two animals will grow up or color up at the exact same time. Some 3 month olds show ridiculously beautiful colors and other take a lot longer.

Yours is not showing female coloration, you just have to give it time! Trust us, the colors WILL come in sooner rather than later! Watch, one day he'll be bland, he'll shed and be all blue or all green lol. They like to surprise you like that.

Thanks! People ask this type of question all the time, and I think it's useful to see how different two animals can be from each other, even when raised the same way.
