I spoke with my landlord and she told me it was ok to keep reptiles as pets...especially Chameleons being that they do not ruin carpets or any other parts of my apartment...
I just gave my Female Cham away
Good thing is I still have my Male Cham I gave to my brother and he's giving it back to me with no hassles !!!

Olimpia, I am afraid that the pet store may charge me full price to get her back... it's a small mom and pop shop... I'll ask today.. cross your fingers

I think also that unless they paid you for her that would be very un-business like... especially if you happen to buy your stuff there or what not. That can mean the difference between a customer and someone who bad mouths them.

thats ok, i just had to ask, at least you were doing what you thought was right. i would take a look at your landlord tenent act the next time anyway.
here where i live they acctually cant tell you no pet or smoking for that matter. they can put it in the ad but if you dont tell them and move the pet is they cant do anything about it. when you rent a place you are allowed to live in it as if it were your own. once you pay rent as long as you are not damaging the proporty then u r fine. i had a landlord tyr to kick me out cause i didnt tell his about my rotty, and i won that battle
