you temps are probably too hot. they will open their mouth to regulate tempurate. what are your basking temps?

like low mid to low 80s and shes been really stressed the past few days, she wont let me take out.

How often do you mist the cage? My cham usually does it when its dry/hot in the cage. I just give the whole thing a nice mist and he'll usually close his mouth.

im guessing 6-7 months she is about 7 or 8 inches long including the tail

Does she have a place to dig in her cage to show you when she needs to lay eggs?
Does she have yellowish/mustard colored splotches on her?
Bright blue dots?

Yes she has a laying bin, no yellow or blue dots.
