white cricket?

I know that the white skin usually means that a cricket has molted, but I've only seen some parts of my crickets usually just the wings white and the rest of the cricket is normal brown. They also usually shed a ripped up wad of skin as the molted part. Today in my bin I have the cutest, perfect pure white crickets and molted skins that are the perfect cast of a cricket. What is this? Did it just shed all in one go??

lol thanks guys I love the other thread lmao. I didn't think he was creepy rather cute actually just freaked me out cause a couple of my other crickets I've actually had to help out of their sheds cause the other crix are eating them while their stuck. not good. Thanks for the great pic on the mantis too, an absolute beauty.
