Which dirt mixture

I had a female panther lay and only used top soil it seems to collapse and dry out too fast and she dug holes around for a week before laying. She layed some of the eggs out of the dirt and they ended up molding in the incubator.

This time i mixed half washed play sand and half top soil. Im worried that it might be too hard and dense for her to dig into.

Should i try putting a second laying bin in?

What mixtures of laying material do you guys have the most success with?

I just use sand. No need for a soil mixture.

i did follow that video and she just uses top soil. I had one female lay 16 eggs in the dirt and 10 outside of the bin for some reason. i tried a half and half soil and sand mixture and it worked out alot better. I got a clutch of 33 and they all look great
