What the heck did Ryan J buy at the show. What did you get

I just got one little carpet boy from Ryan. that and a boatload of supplies to raise him. Now I just have to figure out how/where the &#%$ I'm gonna keep him because of my freerange panther......and the other 8 panthers I'm planning on this year.:eek::eek:

I just fed 2 large horn worms to some of my panthers today and each had "poo" and slug running all over them. Those are juicy bugs:eek:. I had to spray the panthers down after to clean them. Any person that would eat one of those is sick:eek:

Ryan, I'll give you a female panther if you eat an extra large one and let it's juices drool down your chin, you got to saver the flavor though;)

Well, it was fun meeting with you guys. Also it was nice seeing Gesang family at their booth.
Ryan had been eyeing those geckos eversince day 1. :D lol, Your reptile addiction is spreading too! I am actually thinking of bringing home another chameleon that day :D

After blowing away hundreds of dollars on new cage, some vines, 36" reptisun, 3 more mister nozzles from Jason, and the list goes on.
I thought, "Hey! I just purchased a new habitat for 1 more chameleon."


O RyaN, I am serious about that future female carpet.
I think I can squeeze her cage in between my panthers cages.

I wish I had a room for another veiled.
I saw one of your feisty male veiled doing the funniest thing.

He and his other 2 friends smack the others and push down with their tiny paws and cause the others to fall on the bottom.
Then the three just hanging out at the top part mocking the weaklings.

That is too funny, those veileds did have a lot of character.

I witnessed something even feistier that one of lets say, "more dominant males" was trying to do to another male. :eek:

I will leave it at that and let everyones imagination run wild.

I picked up 5 water crystal packets from Ryan and some vines from LLL and some Crickets from rainbow. I really went for hornworms but no one had any :(
 
I went home with some star tortoises (pics later, maybe tonight), and apparently celebrated my 21st birthday there....
 
Oh man Ryan!!! I saw the giant tremper leopard geckos!!! I think I am getting the itch to get back into leopards now!!! May have to pick one up at the San Diego show from them when I go. So I have 6 months to make more room! lol! May end up getting a raptor too! Love those!
 
Well at our SBCK meeting on Tuesday I got a pymgy panther (a runt who is 9 mo and only 36g, but full of color and character) and Ryan and Lisa gave my daughter a flame crested gecko. So we went shopping for supplies.

I met Elliot (never did meet Sandy:() and picked up some Reptaid to try on this runt and see if it will help.Thanks.

Also picked up a 12x12x18 gecko cage and a cool foam mushroom that is attached by magnets to the side of the tank. I also got Hissers and crickets.

Saw Ryan and Lisa at Chad's booth with lots of beautiful chams. Saw Darci's beardies, Tyler's Tortoises (Blue Beast) and met his lovely gravid female (Sarah) and Mike's Fl Cham's booth was really cool with lots of nice chams too.

Unlike Ryan, I didn't buy almost everything:), but I am thinking gecko's are pretty cool too!

It was a great show though, but crowded, and a long line to wait in to get in.

After the show we went to Homedepot to get some plants and I bought a washer and dryer (would have been a lot cheaper to get some more chams!)

You must have gone on Sat. Sunday was not nearly as packed.
had I not gotten my bearded from Darci (which we absolutely love no regrets at all!!!! :) ) another bearded from alpha dragons and our new trans veiled from Mike at FL CHAMS I would have for sure gone home with a 1.2 of those geckos! lol! There were some REALLY nice ones at the geckos etc.
I was going to say hi to Ryan when I went over to the tiki booth but he was busy selling stuff! :) I did get my water crystals tho! I will have to introduce myself next time :)It was great meeting Chad and Darci tho! very nice people!!

Let's see here...first of all, it was great meeting a lot of you! And it was great seeing all the old faces too! We had a great time at the show and going out to dinner with lots of people!!

At the show Chad and I got:
1 Pancake tortoise
2 crested geckos
1 n. wheeleri gecko
1 double het female bearded dragon
1 hypo translucent male bearded dragon

I think that was about it...we had a blast and the show was a big success! :)
 
I am sooooooooo jealous. There is nothing like that in So Fl that I have been able to find. ~sigh~ I am one of those people that like to see and touch things I buy and have choices. Maybe some day we will get something like that in Ft. Lauderdale or close by. I think there is something in Tampa which is a long drive, but maybe an option....
 
I got a couple of girls in Pomona. First I got a veiled female from Julirs that Chad was nice enough to hold on to for me and also a 4 month Ambanja-type from FlChams. Unfortunately I only got one bad picture of the panther before my camera batteries died so I'll have to try again on her tomorrow. Here's Bertha from Juli: :D
