What sand mixture should i use?

The one in the image... You can get it at home depot and lowes along with other home improvement stores. It is the kind used for children's sand pits.
People do either a mix where they blend it really well or all washed play sand. It has to be moist enough to hold a tunnel but not soaking wet. This thread has a video in it that may help you https://www.chameleonforums.com/threads/laying-bin-set-up-educational-video.77225/

In my experience with it, it does not cause eye infections or impactions if ingested and they all seem to like laying their eggs in it.
