I'm getting a veiled chameleon and here's a list of what all I think I need. Do I need anything else?

You will need a uv bulb and to ditch the night time heat bulb as it isn't needed. You also need a sprayer to mist the enclosure

For a sprayer can I just use a water bottle to mist him 2x a day? Will the UV bulb work in the same type of light fixture as the basking light?

That is likely a 10.0 uv since it states desert.

You need a 5.0 uv bulb. Never tried the all living things brand. Zoo med are good. Uv lamps are something you don't want to skimp on.

I'd consider getting the floreceant tube kind, maybe even a 24 inch hood and bulb since you're going to have to get a larger enclosure at some time and you don't want to have to buy another lighting system when you do

I would go with a tube instead of a compact - people have had eye problems with compacts in the past and while the problem supposedly has been fixed I still don't trust them. I would also go with a bigger cage - they grow fast - check out diy or LLL reptiles in the classified section- A dripper is easy to make I find that just spraying doesn't work with my Jackson as it takes her a while to get in the mood to drink -
Don't waste money on heat lamps, substrate or waterfalls -
