At such a young age, it is hard to tell gender, but from the camera angle, I'm guessing female. You cant be 100% sure about locale if you don't know when purchasing. My guess if that your panther is under 3 months, but you can't be sure about size from just the picture, but he/she looks pretty small to me. I hope this helps! (Very cute little cham!)

Female for sure. Type of Panther impossible to tell. 2-3 months. So I concur with above post!
