I'm new to the chameleon community. I just joined a few days ago because I'm getting a panther chameleon. So I'm not really familiar with the types of chameleon. What type of chameleon is that? That looks cool!

He's one of the pygmy chameleons - R. brevicaudatus. He's an adult male and about as long as my thumb. And, don't tell Nolan and Emma, my panthers, but he instantly became my favorite.

I will post pictures often. Maybe it's just me, but brevis seem to be very photogenic. And there are endless options for thought bubbles.

I was delighted to actually see our new little Brevi eats some small dusted crickets from a cup. He is very stealthy and seems to teleport from one location to another. I never see him walking and yet every time I pass by his enclosure, he's in a different spot. Hmmmm. I'd put plenty of hydei ffs and small crickets in but wasn't sure he was eating. But, patience pays off and he just couldn't resist the cup-o-crickets.

I'm hoping these are his happy colors.
