Werner baby update

... and one more makes 14! Found it climbing on the screen late this afternoon. I don't know where it was hiding, as I thought I examined the enclosure quite thoroughly. It is heavily planted though.

All babies seem fine, although every now and again I find one on the "floor" of it's enclosure. I'm disturbed by that, but I don't know what that could indicate.

They are terrible for escaping! I'm thinking about chaining them to their branches (jk!). Seriously though, I spend a lot of time "collecting" the escapees, chastising them (I know, I know), and then moving branches and sticks just a wee bit lower. I haven't seen anyone eat yet, and I don't see any poops. I'm all about poops, so you will all be hearing about the first one I find.

That's about all for now. I'll keep y'all posted.

I find Krazy Glue works well for those pesky escapees.

Never thought of that. Tomorrow I'll head down to Home Depot and pick up a tube. Us newbies need experienced keepers like to you show us the way. I am forever grateful ;)

BTW, do I put the glue on the feet or the tail, or does it matter?
