I came across something today while browsing my Facebook feed... A really neat pic of a wood-carved chameleon! I remembered this post about the wood-carved chameleon statue here, and I also remembered user "brownie64" mentioning that they love woodcarving in the Lizard Lounge thread titled "What Are Your Other Hobbies or Interests?"
So I figured I would post this pic of the neat statue I found on FB, here on a thread that already contained a pic of a wood-carved statue, and I figured I would also tag
@brownie64 so he can check it out as well because I know he loves that kind of thing. At first I thought it was two different pics of the same carving, but if you look closely, the one I found has a carved bug on the tip of it's tongue and the other one doesn't have that. Maybe done by the same person perhaps? Because the only other difference I really see is the bit of darker coloring on the back of one of them. Both are very very neat nonetheless. The one I found was shared on the "Chameleon Central USA" group on Facebook and the artist who carved it was named Ryan Anderson.

On his own page, he has some REALLY neat carvings. The dude does chainsaw carving competitions. He has won a lot of 1st place medals for his craftsmanship. Would be a very cool to have a piece like one of these out in a yard or garden.
