My chameleon sometimes does this really weird thing where it looks like he is having contractions (like his stomach would deflate and go back to normal), and then he would puff up and open his mouth as wide as he can to the point of some shaking, like a big yawn. Is he actually yawning or is there something weird going on? He also stays puffed up during basking, is that normal? Humidity and temp levels are good. I have a separate thread on my current chameleon’s care if that helps come to some sort of conclusion.
