Shed issues

Hi all! Herbie has had some weird shedding for the past 3 months. He’s got this stuck shed on his face that I thought would fall off the second time he shed but it actually stayed. Looking for some advice on how to get it off? He’s also got what looks like maybe the beginning of a wart?

Herbie is 2 years 4 months.
2x2x4 enclosure with pothos and a money tree. Has a linear reptisun bulb T5 HO 39 W 5.0 UVB with 100 watt heat lamp. Ambient temp 70 and basking 88. Humidity is 40 during the day and 90+ at night. His diet right now is silkworms and dubia roaches gutloaded. Using calcium without D3 for meals and reptivite twice a month. Misting in the morning and night with misting for 2 mins. Using a dripper at 4 pm start time. Lights go on at 8am and off at 8 pm. Any ideas??

Also he hates my phone 🤣 sorry for the sass

That looks to be a problem shedding spot not a wart. Those problems spots can be delicate and difficult to shed. I would give your male Furcifer pardalis some outside sunshine time to shed naturally. Then when and if that does not work to solve the shedding issues go to a vet for a fast medical/man made assist shed. You can pull off scales when shedding is not done properly with a problem shed spot meaning take care with how the shed is done.

Best Regards
