Weird lump on both sides of rear body?

I just was given a wild chameleon from Florida. You see that bump on his side just before the tail? It's also on the other side of his body. I haven't seen this on other Chameleons, anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

I have no idea... But him being wild he could have had damage to the tail prior... Certain parasites do live under the skin as well but that would seem unlikely to me with it being on both sides of his body. A really good Chameleon Vet would be a great idea. Getting a fecal done to ensure there is not a parasite load as well.
@jannb What are good vets in FL?

Fill this and post it back here. Did you got him checked for parasites? Could you take a better pic maybe he has broken ribs?
