Keep them in the mid 70s, low 80s. They're nocturnal so you don't need UVB. There's a population of them near me in NE Pennsylvania that lives in the walks of buildings fir the cool months of the year. They super easy. Just spray it with a mister and give it food and it will thrive.
 
Mediterranean house geckos are super common to stowaway in a variety of goods shipped around the world. Originally from... You guessed it... The Mediterranean, but have numerous introduced populations all over the globe. I would imagine it came in on a produce shipment delivered to the restaurant it was captured.

All we've got (that I know of) are some crummy salamanders, which I haven't seen outside of a zoo since I was 10. 😢

I was called in to remove some man eating redback salamanders in 2019. They wouldnt go near them due to those huge teeth. Then again i have to rescue the neighbor lady every once in a while when she gets cornered by some toads. Everytime they hop, she jumps...
