I’m just curious why you aren’t interested in the kit from Neptune? It’s the easiest and cost effective way to get everything needed. But, if this is the way you prefer, I’ll give my feedback.
The enclosure is too small. The minimum is the ReptiBreeze XL size, which is 2’ wide and deep and 4’ tall. Please, please don’t put a chameleon in anything smaller than that.
There’s minimum size Fluker’s dome light is great. I probably have at least one or two of those.
The uvb light is not a good choice at all. Stick with either ZooMed’s ReptiSun T5 with a 5.0 bulb or Arcadia T5 with a 6% bulb. Anything else has not proven to be reliable in how much uvb they put out. I personally tested one of the better names of the off brands (ReptiZoo) and while the fixture is fine and still working well, the brand new uvb bulb had output
worse than one of my Arcadia bulbs after being used for a full year. This is the only one I can find on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/DBDPet-Repti...21-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY&psc=1 There is one that is only 14” and that is too short.
The thermometer/hygrometers aren’t terrible, but you’d be better off with one that has a wired probe end to measure the temps exactly where your chameleon will be basking. I don’t know about the quality of these, but this is better than the one on your list.

I have no idea about that misting system aside from what the reviews say. I personally would go with one that more closely resembles a Mist King, like this.

I’ve already given my opinion on the enclosure. If you’re wanting to keep everything from Amazon, that may be a problem as they currently have none of what you need. However, very often and around this time of year, the chain pet stores run fantastic sales on them. Although currently out of stock, keep an eye out as they will get more in. Great price!

Not as good of a price, but they do have some available now.

The sources you give for chameleons I have to be very skeptical of. First, any source from Florida is likely going to be a ‘farmed’ animal. Basically they have a wild population that they go out and gather from every now and then and sell them. They do not say “captive bred” and instead say “self produced”, which could mean anything really. You really want to go with a real breeder who has a solid reputation and will do more than just take your money. We see it here too often when people buy animals from random sources off the internet or expos. Someone like Frams or Reddy’s will, not just sell you a beautiful and healthy chameleon, but they provide a level of support and on the rare chance that there is a problem, they stand behind what they sell. They want you to have the enjoyment of one of their healthy animals. Yes, you’ll pay a bit more for the animal, but it is worth it in the long run. We see too much heartache here from trying to save a few $$.
