Wasabi is acting a little funny

the past few days. He started out just staying in the lower half of his enclosure and hiding...always a greyish brown color(he is normally almost always green). He came back up to the top to bask yesterday and is up again today, but he still hasnt eaten. He isnt at all active either, and when he does move hes slower and shakier than normal. He seems like hes slouching on his branches and not standing like usual. He is a male veiled, I bought him teeny in mid-Jan so I figure hes about 4 1/2 months old. I saw him drinking all kinds today and his temps/RH are normal.
My kids do this every once and awhile also, so Im trying not to hyperventilate yet. What do you think?

Thanks,
DJ

Please answer these questions. It will help the experienced folks here answer yours. Also, can you describe the shaking in detail? And, when was the last time he shed? A photo would be great, too.

Wasabi is a male veiled, Id say about 4 1/2 months old. He lives in his ChamoCondo, its 6'H x 5'w x 2'D. It is filled with live plants, many pothos and bromeliads, ficus, shefflera, draceana, aspargus fern etc etc...He's been living in it about 2 months now and took to it instantly. He is normally super active and climbs around constantly. Until the past few days he has been gregarious! We cup feed him crickets daily, he runs down to his cup, even lets my girls feed him so his recent behaviour has me a little surprised. I use a pinch of Repcal Calcium/Vit D every once and awhile. We feed the crix tons of fresh fruit and veggies. I honestly dont remember what type of bulb he has...a reptile one, though. I have a fluorescent light above his condo also.
Hes in my bedroom where there is not much traffic, but we do go and visit him often...rarely handle him. The temp of my room is roughly 24-26C day and 16-18C nights. RH is always above 50%. I dont have any misters, but I house some of my orchid collection nearby, so its always warm and humid. I mist spray his tank at least twice daily and I watched him drink both times today. He is not near any fans, but close to a window where he has access to some sun later in the day and fresh breezes. He last shed on april 29th.

Around the same time this started I noticed some yellow in his poo and some white crust on one of his nostrils. I made sure he was drinking more and the crust went away but he still hasnt eaten. I havent found any fresh poo, but Im sure its cause he hasnt eaten, right? He might have had 2-3 today(I lost count of the ones I left in his cup)we give him about 8-10 daily, sometimes more.
He seems to have little strength and is laying on his branch instead of standing. When he walks he is more shaky than usual...unlike his normal hesitant steps. He is climbing ok, he retired to his sleeping spot tonight. He last shed on April 28th.

I hope this will help, I appreciate any feedback!

It sounds like a suspicious case of no UVB MBD to me. They need a specific UVB light-preferably a Zoomed Reptisun 5.0 linear flourescent tube -AND-a basking lamp.

Can you post pictures please?
What brand and type (compact or tube/linear) UVB light are you using?
No phos.-free calcium dusting other than the calcium/D3 once in a while?
Do you feed the crickets something besides the fruits and veggies?

Does the chameleon have what looks like an extra elbow joint above the real one? Does/can the tongue extend fully?
