Vines / Chameleon Weight

I have an issue with the vines.... I have used the mesh on the flexarium to cable tie the ends to the side / top of the enclosure and have used cable ties to tie them together too for a little more stability.

The problem I have is that I fear when i do get my chameleon, the vines will be too unsteady / flimsy / unsupportive for his weight especially when he gets older.

is there anything that can be recommended to better stabiise the vines? or am i ok to leave it as it is? when applying pressure with my hand it bends slightly, but it doesnt collapse.

I was wondering how heavy chameleons are also so i have a rough idea of what i consider stable and not....

Thanks guys.

Depends on the type, but the most common ones hover around 100-200g full grown, maybe 300g. You'd be surprised just how light that is! My full grown male panthers never got above 140g.

the vines i have i have twisted them so its like two vines in one, i know it use's more but they are a lot stronger and it gives more to tie to.
