Veiled chameleon egg care

My chameleon started laying eggs and they’re fertile and I’ve been reading that you just put some perlite and a mix of water in a container of Tupperware and drill holes in the 4 corners.Am I suppose to put a heating pad or any kind of build or what can I do to keep it a certain temperature.

If your wanting to maintain them above room temp you should just buy an incubator.
