Veiled chameleon color changed after shedding!?!??

Helly guys i was just wondering if it was normal for a veiled chameleon that is a year old to brighten his colors after shedding he seems ok but i was very curious because after he shedded hes color got brighter

They seem to get brighter with every shed. That's why a lot of people say the final colors are not truly set until they reach about a year and a half old.

Yes, I agree with Josh.. at least this has been my experience with Beman. He is just now 12 months old and did a shed and his colors are much more vibrant even his pjs are brighter.
