Okay...so, around three weeks ago my chameleon popped this delightful thing out from his bum. We were very alarmed and thought he must have prolapsed, however after about a minute he put it back inside. Since then we have seen him do it two more times, so he is doing it about once a week, just for a minute each time. it also had two moving things on each side but I was too scared to get a closer picture. What the HELL is this and should we be worried??!!!!!!

my 5 month old panther did this the other day. I have never seen a cham do it before either. Was definitely a little worrying for a minute.
