Trust and Health, help!

My chameleon has a infection so he needs antibiotic, i have been giving him antibiotic for 5 days, and he dosn't trust me any more Befor he would nevere hiss on me or bite me, but now i need to use a glove to take him out. I know that this is normal, because he dont like the antibiotic, he thinks im hurting him, but my question is, can I get his trust back? So he don't try to bite me. Here he is, he's name is Mékaan He's getting better and better

If you leave him alone after the medicine is done, he'll probably go back to normal. It also helps if you show him you have food whenever you see him so that he thinks you are the bearer of good things, not bad.
