too early?

my first clutch of panthers started sweating yesterday now today i have one egg open but not out yet. they were laid on 3-30-08 they have been incubated at a constant 74.i thought this temp would cause them to take longer than this. any thoughts? if you look close you can see one eye peeking back at you!

Generally coler temps equal longer incubation times, but I have had them hatch out at just 5 months before at 77 degrees.
