hey everyon i am posting this thread because i am getting a lil worried about my cham, he has seemed a little tired these passed two days, is it normal for him to be tired after hunting down crickets all day?? if this is bad then id really like to kno, please help me make sure my cham is ok.

i turn off his lights around 8pm but i usually wake up at 9pm to seee if hes sleeping ( bad habit of me) and i see him walking around until about 9:15, the lights go on at 7am and he ususally wakes up at 9am so i am worried but if this is normal id be releived.

they usually have a 12-14 hour cycle,personally when i do lights out i dont disturb until lights on,however mista sometimes goes to bed up to two hours before bedtime,you will get to know whats normal

10-12 Hours awake all year except Winter, when you should have about an hour or two of less light.

Get rid of that bad habit. Even if he isn't sleeping turn the lights off and don't turn them back on.

The sun doesn't come back up just because we need a midnight snack!
