Figured I would share this with some people who might appreciate it
I was on my back patio today and noticed a green anole (native here) hanging out on my screened enclosure so I grabbed a couple of crickets and fed him. A few minutes later he was very bright and dancing around showing off his bright red flap when i noticed a female on the other side of the screen who's attention he wa trying to grab.
I know green anoles are not "that cool" but they have been all but replaced by the Cuban diamondback here. Sooo I decided to chase the female inside the screen area and up near the male. About 15 minutes later magic Happened, actually they are still locked up together right now
Anyone else have a similar situation happen to them?
Chris
